Donation pickup FAQ
Do you actually donate the items, or just haul them?
Both. Anything in resellable condition goes to Goodwill, Salvation Army, Habitat ReStore, or one of our local shelter partners. Broken or unusable items get recycled or disposed of responsibly.
Is donation pickup free?
We charge a small haul-away fee to cover fuel, labor, and disposal of items the charities can't accept. It's typically cheaper than junk removal and far easier than renting a truck yourself.
Can I get a tax-deductible receipt?
Yes. On request, we'll deliver your donated items with a receipt from the receiving charity so you can claim the tax deduction.
What if some items aren't donatable?
No problem — we sort on-site. Donatable pieces go to charity, everything else gets recycled or hauled to the proper disposal facility in the same trip.
How fast can you come?
Most donation pickups are scheduled within 24–48 hours across Boca Raton, Delray, Boynton, Deerfield, Pompano, and the surrounding South Florida area.
